Shipping and Refunds


Canadian, US and UK clients are able to order directly through this site. Shipping prices are based on size and weight of the product/s and is done Standard (up to 10 business days) through Canada Post. For expedited shipping please email livingwithrosess@outlook.com to arrange payment of additional cost.

For clients outside of Canada, US and UK please email directly livingwithrosess@outlook.com to arrange shipment to your area.

There are no refunds. If your item is damaged when it arrived you will receive a replacement piece that is as close to your order as possible.
